Physical activity doesn’t need to be complicated. Something as simple as a daily brisk walk can help you live a healthier life.
Regular walking has been shown to reduce the risk of chronic illnesses, such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, asthma and stroke.
So why not join us and become part of our walking group. Our first outing will be to Kings Park. We will meet by the Boab Trees near the Forrest car park.
You will need to wear comfortable walking shoes, we will be walking for about an hour. The usual, a hat, a water bottle and sunscreen. After our walk we will have some lunch and discuss other walks we would like to do in the future.
